Deliveries can take 1-10 working days after placing an order, depending on the delivery address and delivery service.
We currently do not have a shipping standard for countries outside the EU. If you'd like to make a purchase from outside the EU or your delivery address is outside the EU, please send your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Studio Gyzell stands by the quality of our products. All items can be returned within 14 days of the receipt, without stating reasons therefor. We would appreciate your reason for returning the article, as it would help us to improve our service.
Please inform us about your intention to return within 14 days after receipt of your order by sending an email to email@example.com Once you have received our confirmation email to return your order, you can send it back. The confirmation email includes further return instructions, details and address where you can send your return. The returned product will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt.
We recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes. Costs and risks of returned articles are with you, the customer.
Once the returned items have been received by Studio Gyzell they will undergo a quality review. Returned items will be accepted when the product has not been worn, is undamaged, with all garment tags attached in the branded packaging provided. After accepting your returned article we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 14 days.
